Randy, Suzanne, and the Navigate team equip churches and organizations with Christ-centered emotional healing and discipleship tools. Our trainings help leaders understand the vital connection between spiritual health, emotional health, and relational healing, empowering them to minister more effectively to those they serve.
We also provide addiction-specific training and education, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in the recovery field, including co-founding Lifeline Connect, a residential recovery program for men. Our most requested training is the Navigate Facilitator Training, a comprehensive 1½-day experience designed to equip leaders with practical tools, biblical principles, and a proven framework for leading emotional healing and discipleship ministries.

Navigate Facilitator Training – $1,500 + travel & per diem
The Navigate Facilitator Training is a two-day, immersive experience designed to equip and certify facilitators to confidently lead Navigate Groups in their community, church, or workplace.
Rooted in biblical truth, brain science, and relational healing, this training goes beyond information to provide experience-based tools that help people move from survival to connection, healing, and wholeness.
