This session introduces the concept of “upstream accountability” and demonstrates how the MAP accountability tool can enhance recovery program outcomes. Originally integrated into the Lifeline Connect residential program in 2009, MAP has significantly improved client success rates.

Stay in Your Circle
Highly recommended for all conferences, this session lays a foundation for healthy recovery and emotional wellness ministries. Learn to set boundaries and manage expectations to promote effective client relationships, increase client “buy-in,” and avoid burnout.

Leper Steps
Address the emotional roots of feeling “stuck,” such as fear and hopelessness, which often stem from perceived lose/lose situations. Using the Leper Steps tool, participants will identify their life position and create a plan, with God’s help, to move forward.

Navigate Session 1
An introduction to the Navigate curriculum, which addresses the root causes of destructive coping behaviors and negative thinking. Participants will explore the curriculum structure and learn the “cross ratio” concept for Christ-centered healing and recovery.

Navigate Session 2
A live Navigate session where participants engage in small group discussions and experience the “Take It Vertical” closing process. This session illustrates the effectiveness and structure of the Navigate curriculum.

Non-Residential Programming
Discover how to bundle the tools presented in this conference to implement proven non-residential programming in your area, even with limited resources.

Certification
All participants who complete 1 ½-day or 2 ½-day conferences, including Navigate Session 1 and Navigate Session 2, will receive a certificate recognizing them as a Certified Navigate Facilitator.
ALL PARTICIPANTS THAT PARTICIPATE IN 1 ½ AND 2 ½ DAY CONFERENCES THAT INCLUDE NAVIGATE SESSION 1 AND NAVIGATE SESSION 2 WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE VALIDATING THEM AS A CERTIFIED NAVIGATE FACILITATOR.
