The Navigate Facilitator Training is a two-day, immersive experience designed to equip and certify facilitators to confidently lead Navigate Groups in their community, church, or workplace.
Rooted in biblical truth, brain science, and relational healing, this training goes beyond information to provide experience-based tools that help people move from survival to connection, healing, and wholeness.
Participants will leave fully certified and prepared to launch and facilitate Navigate Groups with clarity, confidence, and support.
What makes this training unique
- Experience a LIVE Navigate Night, facilitated by founder Randy Brown, modeled exactly as it is designed to be led in real communities
- Learn not only what to teach, but how to create safe, healing environments
- Gain practical tools for addressing trauma, addiction, and unhealthy coping
- Develop a shared language for emotional and spiritual health
- Leave equipped, supported, and ready to lead

Participants will engage in:
- Orientation and introductions with Randy & Suzanne Brown
- The Navigate philosophy and heart behind experience-based ministry
- The Process of Wounding (trauma, unmet needs, the limbic brain)
- The Process of Healing (relationship, belief-level change, and tools)
- Healthy ministry relationships and boundaries
- Navigate Night structure, facilitation rhythm, and group flow
- Live lesson demonstrations and group discussion
- Q&A and practical guidance for launching Navigate in your context
By the conclusion of the training, participants will:
- Be certified Navigate Facilitators
- Understand Navigate’s core frameworks and language
- Have the confidence to lead Navigate Groups effectively
- Be prepared to launch and sustain a Navigate Group

The conference will be hosted by International Church at the Chesterfield YMCA Theatre.
Lodging
We are currently working with the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chesterfield to secure a room block with special rates. While the block is not yet finalized, rooms are typically around $150 per night before taxes.
