At Navigate Ministries, our mission is to bring Christ-centered healing and emotional wellness to a broken world by equipping individuals, families, and leaders with practical tools that move people from coping to true connection. We exist to break the stigma around recovery and provide accessible, biblical resources for anyone navigating life’s challenges—because healing isn’t just for the addicted, it’s for all of us.
One of the key ways we live out this mission is by training Navigate Facilitators. These leaders are equipped—both online and in person—to host weekly Navigate Gatherings in their communities. Each gathering begins with teaching the Navigate curriculum in a large group setting, followed by small group breakout discussions. Facilitators lead others through a cycle of the curriculum that fosters healing, connection, and transformation.
The 6 week online training program offers the same comprehensive training sessions as our in-person, one-and-a-half-day Navigate certification conferences. Having certified hundreds of Navigate facilitators at our in-person events, we are excited to bring these sessions online. The training will be led via Zoom by Navigate author Randy Brown, with dedicated time in each session for questions and open discussions.

Orientation & Navigate Night Live
Begin your training experience by connecting with the Navigate team and fellow participants while gaining an overview of the vision, philosophy, and heart behind Navigate. The evening concludes with a live Navigate Night experience, allowing participants to experience the ministry firsthand before learning how to facilitate it.

The Process of Wounding & Healing
Explore how emotional wounds are formed and how unhealthy beliefs develop over time. Learn the biblical and neurological foundations of lasting transformation and why healing is a process rather than a single event.
Key Focus: Understanding how experiences shape beliefs, behaviors, and relationships.
Healthy Boundaries & Staying in Your Circle
Discover how healthy boundaries create freedom for both leaders and participants. Learn practical tools for maintaining appropriate responsibility while empowering others to take ownership of their healing journey.
Key Focus: Boundaries, personal responsibility, and creating healthy ministry environments.
Facilitating Emotional Healing
Learn how to create safe, Christ-centered environments where people can encounter truth, process emotional wounds, and experience lasting transformation. Explore the role of experiential learning and why lasting change occurs through relationship and encounter—not information alone.

Gain a comprehensive overview of the Navigate curriculum, including the purpose behind each lesson, facilitation techniques, group dynamics, and practical leadership tips. Learn how the curriculum helps expose root beliefs while guiding participants toward biblical identity and freedom.

Launching & Sustaining a Navigate Ministry
Receive practical guidance for successfully implementing Navigate within your church or organization. Topics include leadership development, volunteer teams, participant expectations, group structure, and creating a sustainable ministry model.

- Certification: Participants who complete all six sessions will receive a “Certified Navigate Facilitator” Certificate and will be listed in our registry as qualified facilitators.
